How to Successfully Deal with the Big Stuff in Life

August 12, 2015 Yvonne Bryght

My clients come in with very specific agendas. Simple ones. Not easy ones.

Agendas like,

  • “I want to learn to step into my sexual power.”
  • “I need to figure out how to stay centered when things get stressful.”
  • “How do I stay in my adult mind when my spouse is throwing a tantrum?”

Inevitably they think the answer lies in dissecting the moment or the problem.

There is value in finding the root cause to an issue. They want to know what they should have said, and there is value in role playing empowered responses. They want to know what they can do *in that moment* to stay calm, centered, powerful and successful.

My answer is always this:

“As you go into any given moment, the state of your vibrational health or your soul’s health is exactly the energy you’ll draw from to deal with that moment.”

In other words the only way to hang onto your power, your center and your ass is to already be walking in an empowered, aligned place when the stress hits.

Aligning your chakras — meditating from a chakra oriented viewpoint — on a regular basis will have you walking in more power and flow than you thought possible.

If you’re interested in learning more and attending this September’s Chakra Meditation Circle on Sundays from 9am-1pm, send me an email.
